Obituary

Mary L. Paris, age 94, of Woburn died February 27th at the Woburn Nursing Center following a short illness. Born in Chelsea she was the daughter of the late Letterio and Maria (Culici) Paris.

Mary was a life long resident of Woburn and was raised on the Paris Brothers Farm which was located on Cambridge Rd. on the west side of Woburn. She worked for many years as a secretary for the Boston Edison Co. and following her retirement she continued to live and work at the family farm. Mary was a graduate of Woburn High School. She enjoyed time spent with family and over the years she enjoyed traveling and spending the summer months at her home on Cape Cod.

In addition to her parents, Mary is predeceased by her sisters, Josephine Calore and Jane E. Paris, and her brother, Guy L. Paris. She is survived by her nieces, Marsha Maher of Woburn, Joanna Grabinski of North Carolina, nephews: Paul, Steven, Vincent, and Richard Paris all of Woburn. She is also survived by many loving grandnieces and grandnephews.

A funeral service will be conducted in the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, Saturday, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Services will conclude with burial at Calvary Cemetery, Woburn.
