DRACUT-Rose M. (Noel) Plamondon, 76, a resident of Dracut and formerly a longtime resident of Lowell, died Thursday, February 22nd at home after an illness. She is the beloved wife of Gerard J. Plamondon with whom she was married for 56 years.
She was born on December 31, 1930 a daughter of the late Eugene and the late Cora (Paquin) Noel.
Mrs. Plamondon worked in the electronics industry for over 20 years; she was employed by the Honeywell Company and the Raytheon Company.
She was a communicant of St. Francis Church in Dracut. Mrs. Plamondon was a member of the Jeanne Manse French Women's Club.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her son, Robert Plamondon and his wife Rhonda of Townsend; three daughters, Elaine Joyce and her husband Robert of Westford, Lisa Meehan of Dracut and Michael Meehan, and Dianne Plamondon of Haverhill; her brother, Roland Noel and his wife Rita of Nashua, NH; her sister, Helen Perreault of Lowell; seven grandchildren, Jeffrey Plamondon, Brian, Maryrose and Sean Meehan, Michael, Kevin and Kelsey Joyce; and many nieces and nephews including her two special nieces Jan Giguere and Rachel Conrad.
She was also the sister of the late Maurice Noel and the late Antoinette Giguere.
Friends may call at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM. Her funeral will be held from the funeral home on Tuesday at 7:45 AM, followed by her Funeral Mass at 9:00 AM in St. Francis Church in Dracut. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
