WORCESTER-Albina R. (Raulinaitis) Virgin of 161 Pilgrim Avenue, died Tuesday, December 4th in her home after an illness. She leaves her husband of 16 years Herbert Virgin, a sister Anna M. Moore of Worcester, 2 nephews and a nieces, 3 great-nephews, a great-niece, 1 great great-nephew and a great great-niece. Her sister Aldona Stevens of Framingham died 2 years ago.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Joseph and Agota (Matthews) Raulinaitis. Mrs. Virgin had worked for many years in the millenary department at the former Zayre’s in Webster Square. She was a member of Bethany Christian United Parish, and was an avid reader.
The funeral will be Friday, December 7th with a service at 10:00 AM in O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, the Rev. Paul H. Ferrin will officiate. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday, December 6th from 3:00 until 5:00 PM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
