John G. Kobrenski, 80, A resident of Methuen, Massachusetts, and a former longtime resident of Lawrence, MA. died on Sunday, February 18th, 2007 at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA.
John was born on Easter Sunday, April 4th, 1926 to the late Alexander and Stephanie (Popielarski) Kobrenski. He was a high school graduate of Lawrence High School. John worked for various mills, including Ply Craft in Lawrence, MA. He retired from the Lawrence Boys Club.
John leaves behind his wife of 59 years: Mary (Androchuk) Kobrenski and his two sons: Tommy and Paul Kobrenski both of Lawrence, MA. one sister: Blanche (Kobrenski) Mordach of Andover, MA. and his aunt Helen (Kobrenski) Carrier of Lawrence, MA. 4 grand children, 2 great grand children, and one niece.
A funeral service took place on Wednesday, February 21st, 2007 at 12:00 noon and a burial followed at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
