WORCESTER___Paul Astukewicz, 73, of 11 Marble St., died Oct. 21, in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Memorial Campus, 119 Belmont St.
He leaves three sisters, Margaret Danilowicz of Mashpee; Mary Staruk of Worcester and Dorothy Ryder of Oxford; and many nephews, nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces. He was predeceased by five brothers and two sisters. He was born in Worcester son of Konstanty A. and Juliana (Polhoska) Astukewicz and lived here all his life.
Mr. Astukewicz was a taxi cab driver many years before he retired.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and attended Worcester schools.
After cremation burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Make a Wish Foundation, 1 Armory Square, Springfield, MA., 01105. Henry-Dirsa Funeral Service, 33 Ward St.,is directing service arrangements.
