Walter J. “Bud” Murray Jr., 57 of Medford formerly of Somerville died Sunday in the Massachusetts General Hospital Boston, unexpectedly.
Born in Somerville, Walter was a former manager in the Human Resources Department with Verizon in Middleton for 10 years.Walter was a member of the Knights of Columbus, as the Grand Knight at St. Raphael Church for many years.
Beloved husband of Catherine (Ambessi). Devoted father of Gregory Murray of Medford. Loving son of Eleanor (McCarthy) of Somerville and the late Walter J. Murray Sr. Brother of Eleanor Bailey of Malden. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 514 High St., Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Friday 7 - 9 PM.
Services will conclude with burial at Gethsemane Cemetery, West Roxbury.
