Wife: Deanna Helms of Calhoun City; Aunts, Uncles and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William O. Helms and Ozzie Delma Nixon Helms.
Services will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at 2:00 at Pryor Funeral Home with burial in Spring Hill Cemetery in Slate Springs. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 until time of the service. There will be no graveside service.
