Worcester – Edmond L. Thibeault, 75, of 57 Hitchcock Rd. died Thursday October 17, in the Meadows of Leicester after an illness.
He leaves his wife of 51 years Marie M. (Fortier) Thibeault; one son Paul J. Thibeault of Brookfield; two daughters Diane L. Pelkey of Wheelright, MA and Gail A. Litchfield of Oakham, MA; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. Mr. Thibeault was born in Worcester son of Louis and Eva (Benoit) Thibeault.
Mr. Thibeault is a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army.
He worked as a nurse for 28 years retiring from Fairlawn Hospital.
He was a member of St. Peter’s Church and was an avid reader.
The funeral will be held on Saturday October 19 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.Royfuneral.com) 12 Hammond St. with a mass at 10 AM in St. Peter’s Church 931 Main St.. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are in the funeral home from 6 to 8 PM on Friday October 18.
