Philip Terramagra, age 76 of Medford died Sunday unexpectedly in the Massachusetts General Hospital Boston, MA.
Mr. Terramagra was born in Boston, and lived in Medford for many years, He the son of the late Stella (LaMarca) and Louis Terramagra. Philip was a repairman of sports equipment with the former Sportbilt in Somerville for 20 years and retired in 1982. He repaired hockey and baseball equipment for the Boston Bruins and Boston Red Sox.
Philip was a late U.S. Army veteran of the Korean war serving from 1952 to 1954. He loved to play cards and the Casinos.
Beloved husband of Gloria A. (Dello Russo) Terramagra. Devoted father of Philip Terramagra of Florida, David Terramagra, Richard Terramagra and his wife Liz all of New Hampshire. Loving grandfather of Nicole and Kimberly Terramagra. Father in law of Ann Marie Terramagra of Malden.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford, at 9 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Thursday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
