Athens, Greece—Nikolas Nassios, 83, died Friday, January 12, 2007, at his home in Athens, Greece. Mr. Nassios was born in Epirus, Greece and moved to the United States in 1969. He lived in Holliston and was the original owner of Table Top Pizza in Holliston, MA. After he retired in early 1991, he moved to Athens, Greece permanently.
He leaves two sisters, Anastasia in Athens, Greece and Alexandra in Budapest, Hungary. In addition to his sisters, he leaves his sister-in-law, Athena Nassios of Framingham, MA, his niece, Evanthia and nephews, Paul, Greg, Elia, and Peter. Mr. Nassios also leaves many more nieces, nephews and friends in Greece and in the United States. He leaves his best friends Andy and Themis Karpouzis of Ashland, MA.
The funeral will be held from NORDGREN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester on Thursday, January 25th with a 10:00 a.m. service at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell Street, Worcester.
