Sarah A. Kratschman, 83, of Port Richey, FL, formally of Marlborough, MA, died Sunday, January 14, 2007, at Marliere Care Center in New Port Richey, FL.
She was the wife of the late Joseph K. Kratschman who died in 1991.
Born in Northborough, MA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Bertha (Smith) Demont. She resided in Marlborough most of her life until moving to Port Richey, FL in 1981.
She was a retired LPN for Cushing Hospital in Framingham serving 19 years at the facility. She was a member of Saint Michael’s Parish in Hudson.
She is survived by her children, Barry T. Kratschman of Bellingham, MA, Denis Kratschman of Cuthbert, GA, Joseph C. Kratschman of Hudson, FL, and Donna Maloney of Attleboro, MA. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Diane Corkum who died in 1998.
A Graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2007 in the Howard Street Cemetery, Northborough, MA. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of; Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.
