Acushnet – Mary F. (Basile) Valenti, 86, of Acushnet died at home January 12, 2007. She was the widow of Donald F. Valenti.
Mrs. Valenti was born in Youngstown, Ohio, daughter of the late Angelo and Raffael (Barradi) Basile, and resided in Acushnet for the past 36 years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ, Brooklyn, NY. She was a member of Harmony Chapter #725 O.E.S., Westbury, NY. She enjoyed designing and making dresses.
Survivors include 3 sons: Richard R. Valenti of Jacksonville, FL, Donald F. Valenti, Jr. of Acushnet and Dean S. Valenti of Tulsa, OK; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
At the request of the family, services will be private.
