Arthur J. “Chip” Flagg Jr.
TEWKSBURY - Arthur J. “Chip” Flagg Jr., 33, died Friday morning, Oct. 11, at the TewksburyHospital, after a lang battle with Huntington’s chorea.
He was born in Marlboro, Mass, November 24, 1968 a son of Sharon (Adrey) Flagg-Warren ofHaverhill, and the late Arthur J. Flagg Sr.Besides his mother, he is survived by his step-father Thomas Warren of Haverhill, a sister,Madonna Tilbe of Brentwood, NH, his grandparents, Aurelia (O’Hemis) Adrey of Wilton, NH,Edward and Della Warren of Acton, severl nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, includingJerry Adrey of Haverhill, Madonna Robinton of Salem, NH, and Barbara Simpson of Wilton, NH.
He was the brother of Paul A. Flagg, who also died of Huntington’s chorea, at TewksburyHospital on March 17, 1999.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 16, at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel at Tewksbury Hospital, in theSaunders Building, 365 East St. Tewksbury. Interment will follow at Tewksbury Cemetery.
