Maniofi, of Florida, formerly of Brockton, October 9, 2002, Elizabeth G. (Voci) (Luti) Maniofi, 96 years. Wife of the late John A. Maniofi and Gaston Luti. Mother of Mary DiMarzo and her husband Joseph of Florida, grandmother of Joseph DiMarzo Jr. of Florida, and Michael DiMarzo and his wife Joan of Whitman.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Tuesday at 8am. Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 9am. Burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visiting Hours Monday 3-7pm.

Obituary Information

Mrs. Maniofi died Wednesday at Mease Countryside Hospital in Clearwater, FL after a period of failing health. Born and raised in Brockton, a daughter of the late Antonio and Camela (Cefala) Voci. She attended Brockton schools. During WWII and the 1940’s she was the Deli Department Manager of the Brockton Public Market on Main Street. For over 25 years she had been a resident of Stoughton. She enjoyed being a homemaker; sewing, gardening and was known for her baking. She resided in Easton before moving to Clearwater, Florida. She was a former member of the Daughters of Italy, and a former communicant of Immaculate Conception Church while living in Stoughton. She was the wife of the late John A. Maniofi and Gaston Luti.

She is survived by one daughter Mary DiMarzo, of Clearwater, Florida, two grandsons Joseph DiMarzo Jr. of Florida, and Michael DiMarzo of Whitman, two brothers Alfred Voci of Bridgewater, Francis Voci of Brockton and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Thomas, Joseph, Mario and Mary Voci.
