FALL RIVER - Louis A. “Rudy” Arruda Jr., age 35, of 2205 So. Main St., Fall River, died Friday in Fall River at St. Anne’s Hospital. He was the husband of Kimberly (Roberts) Arruda. He is survived by 2 Sons: Tyler Arruda and Kyle Arruda both of Fall River; 1 Step-son: Brandon Roberts of Fall River; 2 Brothers: Randy Arruda and Anthony Arruda both of Fall River; 1 Sister: Lisa Theurer of Vermont; Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephew

Born in Fall River, the son of Louis A. Arruda and Wynona (Blake) Arruda of Fall River. He was a Fall River resident for most of his life, previously living in Tennessee for 2 years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in Desert Storm. He played for the S.I.B.L. Baseball league during his childhood years. He was a former Coach for the Federal Minor & Little Baseball League at Kennedy Park & at Abbot Court, where he coached all three sons. He was also an Avid New England Sports Team Fan.

His funeral service will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St., Fall River, MA on Tuesday at 10:15 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery Calling Hours Monday 7:00 – 9:00 P.M.
