Romuald J. “Romeo” Turcotte age 88 of Salem, NH, died Friday at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Home, Derry, NH

He was born in St. Damase, Canada, grew up and was schooled in Lawrence, MA. He was a resident of Salem, NH for the past 42 years, formerly of Lawrence.

Mr. Turcotte was an Electronics Technician for E.G.& G of Salem, Mass. He was a US Army veteran, serving during World War II. He enjoyed working around his home, bowling, miniature golf, traveling, and most of all he enjoyed eating lobster.

He was predeceased by his Wife Yvonne L. (Labelle) Turcotte

He is survived by 1 Son: Robert & his Wife Linda Turcotte of Houston, TX

3 Daughters: Rosemarie Turcotte of Medway, ME
Dorothy Barney of Derry, NH
Claire Turcotte of Salem, NH

8 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 10 Great Great Grandchildren

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, Jan. 8 at 10 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, Jan. 7 from 2-5 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH.
