Beatrice G. Nyberg, 87 of Bedford, NH died December 24, 2006 in the Arbors of Bedford. Mrs. Nyberg was born in Brookline, MA on September 10, 1919 a daughter of the late, Wilbur and Rachel B. (MacNally) Drew. Raised in Brookline, MA, she later resided in several North Shore communities before moving to Londonderry, NH where she lived for 18 years. She had resided at the Arbors for the past year. She was very active in the Friends of the Library and a member of Neighbors and Newcomers both of Londonderry.
She is survived by three sons, Robert A. Nyberg of Rhode Island, Bruce E. Nyberg of Rockland, ME, Eric C. Nyberg and his wife Susan of Chester, NH, three grandchildren and her sister, Dorothy Emms of Carmichael, CA.
There were no calling hours. Family and friends gathered on Wednesday December 27th in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry from 10:15 – 10:45am. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 11:30am in St. Mark’s Church, Londonderry. Burial followed in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Hudson, MA.
