Mary Ann Kluk, 46, of Derry, NH, died Wednesday, December 20, 2006 in the Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA. Mary Ann was born in Tarrytown, NY on May 24, 1960, a daughter of Vincent Shea and the late Claire (Houston) Shea. She was a resident of Derry for over 20 years, formerly living in Lawrence, MA. She was a graduate of Hollis High School in Hollis, NH, class of 1979. She owned and operated Mary Ann's Daycare in Derry for several years, and had also been a Foster parent. Mary Ann was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church in Hudson, NH. She had also been a volunteer with the Lung Association.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin A. Kluk of Derry; one son, Eric Kluk of Derry; her father and stepmother, Vincent Shea and wife Elaine (Pomerleau) Shea of Florida; her brother, Tim Shea of Florida; two sisters, Kathy Faria of Florida and Karen Rosen of California; two nieces, Katie Kluk of Derry and Katie Faria of Florida; and two nephews, Ethan Faria and Luke Faria, both of Florida.
Calling hours were held on Thursday, December 28th from 6 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Funeral services were held on Friday at 9:00am in the Calvary Assembly of God Church, 284 Webster St., Hudson. The burial followed in Forest Hill Cemetery in E. Derry. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of NH, 9 Cedarwood Dr., Unit 12, Bedford, NH 03110, (Earmark for Pulmonary Hypertension research).
