Walter J. Arsenault, Jr., 54, of Derry, NH, died Sunday, December 10, 2006 in his home. Mr. Arsenault was born in Lawrence, MA on April 3, 1952, a son of the late Walter J. and Gabrielle (LeFebvre) Arsenault, Sr. He was a resident of Derry for the past several years, formerly living in Lawrence. He was a US Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam era. He had been employed for the US Post Office in Lawrence. Mr. Arsenault enjoyed watching movies, dancing and going camping. He also enjoyed volunteering at local hospitals.
He is survived by three brothers, Don J. Arsenault, Sr. and Robin Arsenault, both of Lawrence, Ronnie Arsenault of Gardiner, MA; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and his special friend, Randy Deso of Derry.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
