DUDLEY – Mary K. (White) Kelly, 92, formerly of Joshua Place, died Friday, Dec. 15, in Webster Manor. Her husband of 66 years, Francis E. Kelly, died in 2001.
She leaves a son, John T. Kelly of Webster; 3 daughters, Patricia A. Long and her husband John of Hampton, NH, Jean Claprood and her husband Donald of Holden, and Kathleen M. Perrott and her husband Ronald of Webster; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 grandchildren, Jack Kelly, John Long and Linda Kelly, and by a sister, Eleanor Malboeuf.
She was born in North Brookfield and raised in Webster, the daughter of Thomas and Katherine (Kelleher) White. She graduated from Saint Louis High School in 1931, and was the class valedictorian.
Mrs. Kelly was the office manager at Service Mailing Company for many years, retiring in 1977. She was a member of Saint Louis Church and the Saint Louis League of Catholic Women. She belonged to the Joshua Place Tenants’ Association.
The funeral will be held Monday, Dec. 18, from Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main St., Webster, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Louis Church, 14 Lake Street,Webster. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. A calling period will be from 8:15 to 9:15 AM Monday in the funeral home, prior to the Mass.
