Barbara F. Kennedy, 64 of Medford died Sunday after a brief illness in the Lighthouse Nursing Care Center Revere, MA.
Born in Syracuse, NY, she lived in Medford for 20 years and formerly of the North End of Boston. Barbara was the daughter of the late Helena (DeMarco) and Frank Kennedy. Barbara was a Acting Coach, in Theatrical and had been associated with the New England Conservatory and with Emerson College. She also did training with Lee Strausberg in California.
Devoted mother of Helena McCoy of Texas, Michael McCoy of Raynham, Patrick McCoy of Taunton, and Cristina D. Gizzi of Medford. Loving grandmother of Victoria Gizzi-Diaz, and Amanda Lindberg.
A funeral service will be held in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 9 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Friday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
