Travers, Joseph F. of Quincy December 7, 2006. Life companion of 30 years to Helen Zwicker of Quincy and her 3 sons Stephen, David, both of Quincy and Kenneth of Weymouth. Brother of Mary Phelan of Braintree, Michael P. of E. Bridgewater and Thomas E. of Quincy. Also survived by nephew Dr. Michael Phelan of MD and niece Christine Phillips of Braintree.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Monday at 9 AM.
Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10 AM.
Visiting hours Sunday 5-8 PM.
Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
Joseph was a life long member of the South Shore Outboard Association. He was a power boat racing enthusiast.
