WORCESTER - Madeline G. "Maddy" (McPherson) Milligan, 67, died Sunday morning, Sept. 29, at theWachusett Extended Care facility in Holden, after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of JamesMilligan, with whom she had celebrated a 25th wedding anniversary this past October 24th.
She was born in Cambridge, Jan. 28, 1035, a daughter of the late Paul and Agnes (Farrell)McPherson. She was raised in Cambridge but had lived most of her life in the greater Worcesterarea.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Diane MacLeod ofBillerica, Frances and her husband Michael Donovan of Dracut, five nieces, Christine Kondis ofAshland, Charlotte Corbin of Methuen, Heather Bramante of Reading, Audrey MacLeod ofBillerica, Bridget Daniell of Manchester, NH, three nephews, Harry, Andrew and Peter Crowellall of Laconia, NH, and many cousins, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Her FuneralMass was held Wednesday, Oct. 2, Interment was in the No. Cambridge Catholic Cemetery.
