Anna P. Evangelista, of Watertown, formerly of Cambridge, died Monday at Mt. Auburn Hospital Cambridge. She was 83.
Mrs. Evangelista was born and raised in Cambridge, the daughter of the late Raffael and the late Anna (Cienza) Evangelista. Anna worked many years in the meat preparation industry and retired from Colonial Foods. A resident of Watertown for 35 years, she was a parishioner of St. Patrick’s Church.
Anna was a devoted sister to Ralph Evangelista and his wife Connie of Medford, the late Rose, Anthony, John and Joseph Evangelista. She was a loving aunt to Frances Chotkowski and her husband Paul of Mansfield, David Evangelista of Medford and a dear great-aunt to Andrew and James Chotkowski.
Her Funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday at 10:30 AM, followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family Friday morning from 9 thru 10:30. Services will conclude with burial at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.
