Grace (MacCallum) Jewett of Needham died on Sunday November 26, 2006 at her home. Born in Boston, Grace had been a resident of Needham for many years. Grace in her earlier years was an active member of the Carter Church in Needham where she served on various boards and committees. Grace was very active in the Sunday School for many years, was a member of the Women’s Circle and sang on the choir until recently. Grace was the beloved wife of the late William H. Jewett who died in 2000. Loving mother of William R. Jewett of Needham, Marcia Skrobul and her husband William of Millis and Laurel Reading and her husband Stephen of Needham. Dear grandmother of Stephen, Hannah, Rebecca Reading and Elisabeth McKenzie. A Memorial Service will be held at the Carter Memorial United Methodist Church 800 Highland Ave on Saturday Dec 2nd at 11:00 Am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours at the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Wed from 3-7 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials in Grace’s memory may be made to the Memorial Fund of the Carter Memorials United Methodist Church.
