Algisa Quaraglia, Medford died Saturday after a long illness in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Medford, MA.
Born in Italy, she lived in Medford for the past 5 years and formerly of the North End of Boston. She was the daughter of the late Maria (DiPietro) and Domenic DeAcetis. Algisa was a Seamstress employed by the former Forecaster of Boston for 30 years and retired in 1998.
Beloved wife of the late Panfilo Quaraglia. Devoted mother of Maria Ferrusi and her husband Gino, Domenic Quaraglia and his wife Barbara all of Medford, Marisa DiRuscio and her husband Davide of Italy, Anna Tourkakis and her husband Spiros of Lynnfield, and Silvana Quaraglia of Medford. Also survived by 9 loving grandchildren and 6 loving great grandchildren. Sister of Pasquale DeAcetis of Medford, Dora DiCenso of Revere, Gino DeAcetis of Hanover, and the late Nerina DiCenso.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Leonard Church, Hanover St., Boston at 10 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Wednesday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with entombment at Woodlawn Mausoleum, Everett.
