DUDLEY – Helen M. (Baron) Kretowicz, 90, formerly of West St., died Saturday, Nov. 18, in Oakwood Rehab & Nursing Center. Her husband, Charles J. Kretowicz, died in 1989.
She leaves 3 sisters, Jennie Pelletier in New Hampshire, and Winifred Adamuska and Bernice Falke, both of N. Grosvenordale, CT; nieces and nephews; and her good friends, Marge and Bob Cloutier. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Edward and Benjamin Baron, and by 3 sisters, Emily Nowosadko, Anna Gendreau and Clara Berthiaume.
She was born in Dudley, a daughter of Stanley and Victoria (Wontroba) Baron, and lived in Webster and Dudley all her life.
Mrs. Kretowicz was a homemaker. She was a member of Saint Andrew Bobola Church.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, Nov. 21, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main St. Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster. A calling period will be from 9:00 to 9:30 AM Tuesday, Nov. 21, in the funeral home. Please omit flowers.
