Obituary

WORCESTER-Lillian M. (Palmari) Moreau, 72, of 92 Idalla Road formerly of Hudson and W. Boylston died Tuesday, September 24th in Saint Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center after a short illness. She leaves her husband of 42 years, Gerald W. Moreau; a son, John M. Moreau of Worcester; 2 daughters, Dorothy L. Rivett of Webster and Mary A. Lalibetre of Webster; a sister, Katherine “Kitty” Latiner of Hudson; 7 grandchildren; many nephews and nieces. She was born in Uxbridge the daughter of Emilo and Leona (Lenard) Palmari and was raised in Hudson. She moved to Worcester in the early 1960’s and has lived here for many years. She graduated in 1946 from the Randolph School for the Deaf where she had met her husband. She worked as a packer for the Daypo Plastics Co. for many years. She previously worked as a stitcher for the Brown Shoe Co. for many years. She was a former member of St. Peter’s Church. She was an avid gardener and loved crocheting.The funeral will be Saturday, September 28th from O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Peter’s Church, 931 Main Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are Friday, September 27th from 6:00 until 9:00 PM.
