Margaret Logan Edwards, age 84, formerly of Water Valley, MS, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at the Golden Age Nursing Home in Greenwood, MS. Mrs. Edwards was a retired factory worker from Big Yank Corp. in Water Valley, MS. She was a member of Sylva Rena Baptist Church and a member of the Rebeccahs of Water Valley, MS.
Visitation will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 16, 2006. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 17, 2006 at 2:00 PM in Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Edwards is survived by her three sons; Donald R. Edwards and wife Wilva of Slidell, LA, Jimmie D. Edwards and wife Margaret of Greenwood, MS and Larry W. Edwards and wife Linda of Greenwood, MS; one brother, Hosea C. Logan, Jr of Upper Arlington, OH. She leaves seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Preceding Mrs. Edwards in death were; husband, Raymond M. Edwards (Sept. 1986), parents, Hosea C. Logan, Sr. and Clemmie McCoy Logan, sisters, Corrine L. Bryant and Molly Kelly.
