Cynthia (Page) Simione Packard a Salem, NH resident for the past 19 years died Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Brighton, MA after a short illness, she was 41 years old.
She was born in Lawrence, MA; she was educated in Pelham, NH schools and graduated from Pelham High School class of 1979. She also attended Northern Essex Community College. Cindy worked as an Administrative Assistant for Vicor Corp. in Andover, MA and had also worked for Hadco Corp. and Digital in Salem, NH.
She was a member of the 1st congregational church in Salem and she is currently President of the Salem Rams Pop Warner Football Association and also serves as the Director for the midgets Salem Saints Youth Hockey. She was formerly a Den Leader and Committee Chairperson for Cub Scouts Pack # 160 Salem, NH. She was the former family support coordinator for the First Battalion 172nd FA New Hampshire Army National Guard.
She loved her family and also helping children by participating in Salem, NH sports and scouting events. Everybody who knew her loved her. Cindy fought her whole life for her life.

She was also a caregiver to Cody Lank & his mother Sue of Center Barnstead, NH
Her maternal grandfather and 1 niece Cheyanne Costin of Salem, NH
Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services on Saturday at 11:00am at the 1st Congregational Church 15 Lawrence Road in Salem, NH followed by burial.
Calling hours will be Friday from 3-5 & 7-9pm at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street in Salem, NH.
