WORCESTER__ Francis F. Auseius, 89, of Worcester, died on Wednesday, October 23rd in St. Vincent Hospital. He leaves his wife, Katherine R. (Waitele) Auseius, with whom he would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on November 2nd. He also leaves a sister E. Nettie Korsun and her husband Charles. He was born in Worcester, son of Joseph and Lucy (Bellinis) Auseius and has lived here all of his life.
Mr. Auseius was a 12 year cancer survivor. He was a tool cutter and grinder retiring in 1981 from the Thom McAn Company. He served in a medical detachment with the U.S. Army during WW II. He was a graduate of the former Commerce High School.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday October 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St. A service will be held at 7:45 pm during calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
