Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2006 for Harold I. Abrams, a longtime resident of Chelsea. Mr. Abrams died on October 14, 2006 at the Whidden Hospital. He was 88 years old.
Born in Boston, the son of the late Joe and Emma (Pekarsky) Abrams, he was raised in Boston, attended the Boston Public Schools, and was a 1937 graduate of Roxbury Memorial High School. Mr. Abrams was employed in the printing industry for many years as a pressman. He was a retired member of the Graphic Art Union - Local #67.
Husband of the late Mildred (Stoller) Abrams, Mr. Abrams is survived by his son, Kenneth Abrams of Chelsea. He was the brother of the late Edith Marder.
Graveside funeral services will be held at the Pride of Lynn Cemetery, Lakeshore Rd. Lynn on Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at 11:00 AM. Rabbi Frank Waldorf of Brookline will officiate.
