Nicholas E. “Nick” Vanagel Sr., 47, of South Rd., Londonderry, NH died Friday, November 30, 2001 at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. He was born April 13, 1954 in Stoneham, Mass. a son of Smither (Williams) Vanagel and the late Edward Vanagel. He was a resident of Londonderry for the past 16 years, formerly living in Lynn, Mass. for many years. He was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School in Lynn, Mass., Class of 1972. He was employed as a salesman for Insurance Solutions Corp. in Plaistow, NH. He was a communicant of St. Marks Church in Londonderry.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy A. (Dichirico) Vanagel of Londonderry, three sons, Nicholas E. Vanagel Jr. of Manchester, Jeremie Vanagel, Jamie Vanagel both of Londonderry, two daughters, Michelle Vanagel of Manchester, Marianne Vanagel of Londonderry, three grandchildren, his mother of Lynn, Mass., many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, Dec. 4th at 10:00 at St. Marks Church, corner of South Rd. and Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH. The burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Londonderry. Friends may call at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry on Monday, Dec. 3rd from 5 – 8.
