Westport – Constance T. (Botelho) Arruda, 79, of Westport died at home October 13, 2006. She was the widow of Joseph Arruda, Jr.
Mrs. Arruda was born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late Albert and Georgiana (Leandro) Botelho, and resided in Westport since 1942. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport. She was a member of the Holy Ghost Club in Westport, enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, loved to dance and loved her cats.
Survivors include 2 daughters: Linda I. Roedder of Arlington, MA and Darcy L. Silva of Westport; 3 sons: Ronald J. Arruda of Ruskin, FL, David B. Arruda of Westport and Bruce A. Arruda of Westport; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
She was grandmother of the late Gregg Arruda and sister of the late Lillian Fournier and Irene Bicier.

Funeral from the funeral home at 9 A.M. on Wednesday, October 18, 2006 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport.
