Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald Street, Hingham Tuesday at 10:30 AM.
Visiting hours Monday 4 - 8 PM.
Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of David R. Ohman, Sr. may be made to the Disabled American Veterans State House - Room 546, Boston, MA 02133.
David grew up in Hull and attended Hull High School. David spent over 20 years in Hingham prior to moving back to Hull about 16 years ago. David was in the US Navy from 1960 to 1964, he was aboard the USS Northampton during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was a carpenter for General Dynamics for 22 years retiring in 1986. David loved the ocean, he enjoyed fishing and lobstering. In his youth, David played sports in high school. David was very proud of his children. He also enjoyed woodworking.
