Funeral service in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123) Brockton Monday at 12noon. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service. OBITUARY
Lorraine F. Janicki died Thursday in the New England Sinai Hospital Stoughton following a long illness. She was born and raised and educated in Brockton the daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Lawton) Sheehan. Following graduation and marriage Mrs. Janicki lived for many years in Marshfield where she raised her 4 children. Lorraine was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked many years for the former Fairfield Pines Nursing Home in Marshfield as well as some private duty nursing and as a clerk for the Marshfield post office. Also while living there she was involved in the Civil Defense Program. She and her husband left Marshfield and have been residents of Duxbury for 35 years. She loved flowers and plants, reading, classical music, knitting while in good health and especially her family.
