Yesucevitz, of W. Bridgewater, formerly of Brockton, September 12, 2002, Edith M. (Bunker) Yesucevitz, 80 years. Wife of the late Michael Yesucevitz. Mother of Michael A. Yesucevitz and his wife Alison of Bridgewater, James E. Yesucevitz and his wife Tharon Lee “Penny” of Brockton, Joyce Ann Yesucevitz of Boston, and the late Robert W. Yesucevitz. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church at 9am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting Hours Sunday 3-7pm

Obituary Information

Mrs. Yesucevitz died Thursday at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born and raised in Brockton, daughter of the late Andrew P. and Rose M. (Tremblay) Bunker. She attended Brockton schools and was a graduate of Brockton High School, Class of 1939. During WWII, she was employed by the Hingham Ammunition Depot in Hingham. She had been employed by various Nursing Homes in the Brockton area as a nursing assistant, the Draper Brothers Textile Mill in Canton, and retired after 10 years as a nursing assistant with the Massachusetts Hospital School in Canton. She was an active member in the Mattfield Woods Association’s activities. She enjoyed playing Bingo at St. Ann’s Church and the Mattfield Woods Clubhouse. She was a communicant of St. Ann’s Church, W. Bridgewater.

She is survived by two sons Michael A. Yesucevitz and his wife Alison of Bridgewater, James E. Yesucevitz and his wife Tharon Lee “Penny” of Brockton, a daughter Joyce Ann Yesucevitz of Boston,7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was the wife of the late Michael Yesucevitz and mother of the late Robert W. Yesucevitz, and sister of the late Helen Bunker and William Bunker.
