Marion H. (Reardon) O'Connor, age 87, died on Friday September 6, 2002 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford.
She was born in Somerville on April 12, 1915 to the late Francis and Mary (Kelly) Reardon.
Marion graduated from Somerville High School. She married her beloved husband of 44 years, Kevin John O'Connor on June 28, 1958 in St. Josephs Church, Medford.
She worked in an office at Lawrence Memorial Hospital for some time then she moved on to the Harbridge House, Inc. where she was a receptionist until her retirement.
Besides her husband Kevin, she leaves two sisters, Mildred A. Gormley and Elizabeth Thompson, both of Medford, and the late Marjorie, Francis L., and Edmund L. Reardon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral was held on Monday, September 9, 2002 from the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Raphaels Church, 514 High Street, Medford, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours, Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. Interment, St. Patrick's Cemetery, Chicopee.
