SPENCER-James A. Vincent, 56, of 39 Bay Path Road, formerly of Worcester, died Thursday, September 12th in his home after an illness. He leaves his wife of 34 years Joanne E. (White) Vincent, 3 sons; Dave Vincent of Johnston, RI, Jamie and John Vincent both of Spencer, a daughter; Donnasue Picard of Spencer, 2 brothers; William Vincent of Worcester and John Vincent of Athol, a sister Arlene Fielding of Shrewsbury, and 4 grandchildren.
He was born in Worcester the son of Harvey E. and Delores A. (Cooney) Vincent and had lived in Spencer for 20 years. Mr. Vincent had been a foreman and chemist with Universal Metal for 24 years, he retired this year. He enjoyed sports and music.
The funeral will be Monday, September 16th with a service at 10:00 AM in O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will be in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. Calling hours are Sunday, September 15th, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
