Manuel P. Melendez of Ventura CA passed away on October 7th, 2026. His grandfather who loved him dearly followed right after so they could be together in heaven like they were on earth.
He was born on January 19, 1980 and was a life long resident of Ventura, California. He loved spending time with his son, riding his bike around, bbqing, and hanging out with his gramps.
He is survived by his son Raymond, father Manuel (wife Irma), mother Becky, his 7 siblings Vanessa, AD, Miguel, Marcus, Clorissa, Darlene, Vincent, his nieces and nephews and many cousins, aunts and uncles and his dear friend Joe. He was preceded in death by his grandma Lydia, aunt Hilda, cousin Ruben and now his gramps Manuel Sr., who followed shortly after.
We will all miss your kind heart and beautiful smile. Our only comfort is knowing your gramps and you are together again forever. Rest in Paradise we love you always.
A service will be held on Saturday, November 7th, at 12 noon at Sacred Heart Church. Following the service we will have a reception at Saticoy Park.
