William “Billy” Ridge

William “Billy” Ridge passed away on October 22, 2026, at the age of 67. Born on July 24, 1959, to Celia and John Ridge, Billy grew up in South Boston alongside his brother, Johnny, and his five sisters, Mary, Eileen, Celia, Patty, and Colleen.
Billy enjoyed watching college football and spending time with his beloved dogs. A true “MacGyver,” he was resourceful and handy, able to fix just about anything. He is survived by his five sisters and many nieces and nephews, who will cherish his memory.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 237 Sea Street, Quincy, on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. A celebration of Billy’s life will follow at Port 305 in Quincy.
