Worcester – Steven Michael Jacques, 61, of Worcester, passed away in his home on Sunday, October 25, 2026.
Steven is survived by his son, Blaise Jacques of Worcester; his mother and stepfather, Lorraine (Lavoie) Dube and Paul Dube of Bluffton, SC and his three sisters, Tracy Gamble and her husband, Jesse of Boylston, Lisa Jacques and her partner, Vanessa Johnson of Boylston and Lorry D’Ascanio and her husband, Ralph of Auburn. Steven also leaves behind extended family, Eric Dube, Marc Dube and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mr. Jacques was born in Worcester, and is predeceased by a daughter, Marissa Jacques; his father Paul C. Jacques; his soul mate, Patricia Jacques and a step sister, Lise Soltys.
Steven grew up in the Grafton Hill section of Worcester where he made many lifetime friends. He loved anything that involved history, was a true football fan, a sharp card player and enjoyed a variety of collectible items. He was fiercely devoted to his family and was beyond generous and thoughtful to everyone he knew.
Dirsa - Morin Memorial Chapel 298 Grafton St. is honored to be assisting the family with his funeral services. A private celebration of his life will be held and memorial contributions in memory of Steven may be made to Abby’s House 52 High Street Worcester, MA 01609.
