Kerry "Bean" Faulkenberg, 66, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on July 14, 1960 in Anderson, IN to John "Bill" Faulkenberg and Linda (Massey) Faulkenberg. He was an avid hunter and loved to fish. Some of his greatest memories came from sharing his passions with his friends and family. He also loved playing cards, especially euchre and poker with the guys.
He was a Supervisor at State Plating in Elwood, IN for 21 years before he retired in April, 1999. State Plating was the beginning of many life-long friendships that he cherished. Kerry was a friend to all and could always bring a smile with his witty sense of humor. He had a heart of gold and would help in any way he could. He was plagued by chronic health issues but continued to fight through them, with the support of family and friends. We would like to thank all of the amazing medical staff at Community Health At Home for their dedication to improving his quality of life.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah "Debbie" (Verleye) Faulkenberg. They were married on January 1, 1988 and were blessed with 40 total years together. He is also survived by two sons, James (Sidney) Faulkenberg and Jonathan (Sara Wright) Faulkenberg, and a granddaughter, Isla Faulkenberg. His family was his greatest source of pride and he enjoyed every moment he could spend with them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Belinda "Jodi" (Faulkenberg) Hunter and his son, Joseph Faulkenberg.
