Raymond U. Goss, Jr., age 72, a long-time resident of Tewksbury, passed away at his home on Saturday evening, October 10, 2026.
He was the beloved husband of Marianne (Borges) Goss, with whom he celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary on February 14, 2026.
Born in Lowell on August 30, 1954, he was the son of the late Raymond U. Goss and the late Elsie M. (Giles) Goss.
Ray was raised in Tewksbury and attended Tewksbury schools.
Ray worked for many years as a truck driver and mechanic and most recently for Tom Bowley in Tewksbury.
He enjoyed driving, working and restoring muscle cars including his late 60’s Chevy Chevelle.
In addition to his wife, family members include Randy Goss, Rebecca Goss, Joseph Mastrogiacomo and his wife Leanne Shirley and their son Brody Mastrogiacomoi, Cynthia Viola and her husband Mike Viola and their son Max Viola, Linda McNamara, Cheryl Marsh and her husband Wayne Marsh, Sr.,, Nancy VonKahle and her husband Michael VonKahle, Sr., Sherry Goss, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends including his longtime friends Michael Abbott and Thomas Bowley.
Relatives and friends will be received Wednesday, October 21st, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, Tewksbury. There are no funeral services planned.
