Blondine Handley Patterson, 67, of Irwin County, Georgia, died Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Irwin County Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at the Ocilla Church of God with the Rev. Josh Bowles officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Valley Grove Cemetery in Irwin County. The family will greet friends from 1 PM until the service hour in the church sanctuary.
Ms. Patterson was born December 13, 1958, in Ocilla, Georgia, to the late Raymond Cecil & Beulah Mixon Handley. She worked in customer service at Walmart. She enjoyed fishing, spending time with her pets and gardening. Ms. Patterson was a member of the Ocilla Church of God.
She is survived by a sister, Darlene Hopson and a brother, Tim “Block” Handley & Wendy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Jason Lee Patterson; brothers: Raymond Jackson Handley, Damon Cecil Handley, and Darrell Wayne Handley; and a sister, Shirlene Handley Evans.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers; donations be made to The Paulk Funeral Home to help with the funeral expense.
