Obituary

It is with deep love and fond memories that we celebrate the life of a truly remarkable husband, brother, and uncle. Paul was known for his immense kindness, boundless warmth, and quick-witted sense of humor, he brought wit, intelligence and light to every room he entered.

A lifelong lover of cartooning, he had a unique gift for capturing the joy and humor in everyday life through his art that was shared in publications in the US and beyond. Paul used his creative talents as well in industrial applications as a Reliability Engineer and in his approach to teaching as a Professor of Statistics at UMass and Northeastern, inspiring countless students and professionals. He was passionate about learning and about sharing his knowledge and experiences.

Over the years, he called many wonderful places home, living in Cambridge and Nantucket, Massachusetts, before spending his final chapter at The Cambridge Homes. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Judy; his loving sister, Sybil; his cherished nephews and nieces, Craig, Adam, Mary, and Genevieve; and his grand-nephews and grand-niece, Daniel, James, and Gwyneth. His sparkling eyes, humor, gentle spirit, and brilliant artistic touch will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
