LOWELL—Billie H. (Feeney) Patterson, 63 years old, a resident of Lowell, died Monday September 25th, at Lowell General Hospital. She was the wife of Walter Patterson, with whom she celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary in March of this year.
She was born in Dedham, on August 12, 1943, a daughter of Johnnie (Lynde) Feeney, of Lowell, and the late William S. Feeney. She was a graduate of the Dedham Public School System.
Mrs. Patterson had been employed for over fifteen years as a Nurses Aide at the former St. John’s Nursing Home, in Lowell.
Surviving her besides her husband and mother are two sons: Walter Patterson, Jr., of Lowell; and David, and his wife Kelly Patterson, of Salem, MA; a daughter: Karen and her husband Michael Kerchner, of Lowell; four grandchildren: Ashlee, Megan and Tyler Patterson and Maria Kerchner; a brother: Mark and his wife Lisa Feeney, of Dracut; a sister: Norene Funk, of Attleboro; also many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Roberta Garvin.
Friends may call from 4 until 8 PM on Thursday, September 28th, at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 Nesmith Street, (Rte. 38). Relatives and friends are invited to attend committal prayers, on Friday, September 29th, at 11 AM at the Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
