Donald Edward Brant, lovingly known as “DB,” passed away on October 15, 2026, at the age of 75.
Donald proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. After completing his military service, he worked for Guide Lamp, a division of General Motors, where he later retired.

Known for his outgoing and friendly personality, he was often the life of the party. Whether he was out on the water or gathered with loved ones, DB was happiest when surrounded by the people who meant the most to him.
Above all, Don was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He took great pride in providing for his family and always made sure they were cared for. His love and dedication were evident throughout his life, and the memories he created with his family will be treasured for generations.
Don is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Marla Brant; his daughters, Angel Waters and her husband, Bruce, and Daphne Brant and her boyfriend, Kris Gauthier; his beloved granddaughter, Kyra Waters; his sisters, Kathy Kean and Diana Smith; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gail and Edward Brant.
