Obituary

Worcester – Juan Carlos Rodriguez, 43, of Worcester, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Juan is survived by his children, Elaine Rodriguez of Worcester, Juan Carlos Rodriguez Jr. of Fitchburg; his stepchildren, Jose Rodriguez of Spencer and Natasha Rodriguez of Worcester; his sisters, Astri Rodriguez and Janet Rodriguez both of Worcester and his step father, John Rodriguez of Worcester.

Mr. Rodriguez was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and is predeceased by his parents, Juan Rodriguez and Magdalena Soto. He graduated from Burncoat Senior High School and then continued his education by taking many courses in the landscaping field. He spent the majority of his career working for the Worcester Housing Authority where he was able to put his landscaping talents to work.

Mr. Rodriguez loved baseball and never missed an opportunity to watch his beloved New York Yankees. He loved being around cars but he was truly the happiest when he was able help others.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 20 from the Alfred Roy & Sons – Henry Funeral Service Memorial Chapel 33 Ward St. Worcester with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in Saint Joan of Arc Church 570 Lincoln St. Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visitation will be held in the funeral home from 9 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home prior to his funeral. Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Saint Joan of Arc Church 570 Lincoln Street Worcester, MA 01605.
