Tandy Gilbert O'Bryant, 76, lifelong resident of Anderson passed away on October 11, 2026 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis following injuries from a car accident.
He was born on September 21, 1950 in Anderson, IN to John R. and Oretta (Robertson) O'Bryant. He graduated from Anderson High School in the class of 1968. He worked at Owens Brockway Glass in Lapel as an inspector for 45 years and retired in 2014.
He was a member of Columbus Avenue Church of Christ. He enjoyed going to car shows and fishing. He and his wife were members of the Neighborhood Crime Watch.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Cronk) O'Bryant of Anderson whom he married on September 22, 2007; his brother, James Martin (Linda) O'Bryant; a mother-in-law, Carleen Marsh; a brother-in-law, Jason (Fawn) Cronk; and a niece, Michelle O'Bryant.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John R. and Oretta O'Bryant.
Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Jim Harrison officiating. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00am-1:00pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
